We work very hard to get your orders on the way as soon as we receive them.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM GMT are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM GMT are shipped the following working day.
All our domestic orders are delivered by Ghana Post. We use DHL and EMS for international orders.
Orders in Accra are mostly delivered the same day for 12.00 Cedis.
Domestic orders outside of Accra are shipped the same day or the next day for 18.00 Cedis depending on the time we receive your order. Estimated delivery is within 2-3 working days.
International orders are shipped the same day or the following day depending on the time we receive your order, with estimated delivery within 3-5 working days. Shipping charges depend on quantity. Charges are automatically calculated during checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders above GH¢95 in Ghana and $90 for the rest of the world. Free shipping may take up to 2 weeks for delivery in Ghana, and up to 8 weeks for the rest of the world.
Returns
Because face masks are products of hygiene, we normally do not accept returns if the mask is taken out of the box. Contact our support to discuss any issues you may have.
Cancellation
We start processing your orders as soon as we receive them, and normally get them on the way the same day, thus you have very short window to amend or cancel your orders before they are shipped. Contact our support immediately if you need to amend or cancel your order.
